Homera is the new generation modular housing brand of Consera, which has 50 years of experience in the sector. It offers turnkey modular steel structures within 90 days with the understanding of “From Factory to Public”; in addition to modular houses offered as an alternative to traditional home ownership methods, structures such as hotels and offices are also among Homera's expertise.
Homera has 11,000 square meters of closed and 20,000 square meters of open production area in Akkon Steel Factory. This factory has a production capacity of 4,000 modular volumes per year.
Homera houses are manufactured in an industrial factory environment with modular steel construction technology. This technology enables the production of safe and earthquake-resistant structures, as well as providing high quality control and precision in production. It is also more sustainable and energy efficient than traditional construction techniques. Your house is manufactured in a factory environment with the precision of a machine part.
Homera houses are delivered turnkey approximately 90 days after the order is placed. Every detail from the steel carrier system to the architectural design project, from the electrical-mechanical project to the interior architecture is meticulously resolved and planned. Upon request, all fixed and movable furniture can be placed inside the finished module in the factory environment. Your house is delivered and assembled to your land ready for living.
Having previously exported to Europe and the Dominican Republic, Homera opened its first overseas showroom in the Netherlands in December 2023. In this way, it also offers modular housing solutions internationally.
