  1. General Explanations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The personal data owner (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cData Owner\u201d), defined as the Relevant Person in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPDPL\u201d), may apply to VLM 4 YAPI S\u0130STEMLER\u0130 YATIRIM A.\u015e. (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d) as the Data Controller, based on your rights listed in Article 11 of the PDPL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Your requests regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company in writing, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law and Article 5 of the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by taking a printout of this Application Form, using one of the methods explained below or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cBoard\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the application you will make to exercise your rights as a personal data owner and include your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise; if someone else is making the application on your behalf, you must document the authority of the person making the application in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Your applications sent to us will be answered \u201cas soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days\u201d from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Our answers will be sent to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Personal Data Protection Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
